make this : (sd card needed + Rooted phone)

download these two files and put inside phone SD CARD

Download Modem files from here:

1.Modem_XXDME4:

modem_XXDME4__.zip

2.Modem DDEMG2:

Modem+DDEMG2.zip

put phone in recovery mode 

select install zip from sd card then select zip file manually : modem_XXDME4__.zip

after install, restart ur phone, when fully turned on, reboot again in recovery mode and make same first steps but this time u need to install Modem DDEMG2.zip 

after install, restart ur phone, and network should be OK
